Michelle, Katie and I headed off towards Chicago today to see an art show... we never actually made it to the art show, however, michelle got to see The Bean for the first time. And Katie brought FUN DIP! It was a very good day.

Auntie Carolyn gave me the idea to carry my contact juggling ball around with me to take some interesting pictures, so this is the bean through the contact juggling ball

I was driving around town today looking for an interesting place to take pictures, and I started feeling guilty.

I was thinking, shouldn't A Year in Photos be pictures of my life as is? Since I started this goal I have been going out and trying to find places to photograph just to find a good picture of the day... Then I realized, for right now, this project is a reason/excuse to go on small adventures everyday.

SO! Michelle, Tracy and I went to the dunes to let some balloons go.

and as we watch the balloons float away, Tracy pulls out a present. She hands it to me, and it was a picture frame with 2 pictures of Tracy and I. Then on a little piece of paper she had written, "will you be my bridesmaid?" !!!

Thank you Tracy! This is an awesome gift!

Oh and they are letting me take their engagement photos :)
